Honningcentralen has a wide selection of honey. Different types of honey straight from nature can actually have quite different taste and consistency, depending on the locations and the types of plants from which the bees have collected nectar. It is almost like cheese or wine, and we can characterize the different types as mild, flavorful, aromatic, full-bodied or strong. Some types of honey have very good baking properties, while others are excellent in hot drinks, with cheese or on breakfast cereal. Simply put: “Everything becomes better with honey.”

Vår økologiske lønnesirup kommer fra Canada. Lønnesirup er ren sevje fra lønnetrær. Sevjen kokes inn til sirup.
Topping er et nytt produkt fra februar 2023. Det er agavesirup fra Mexico i kombinasjon med norsk honning.

Honningcentralen Topping består av økologisk agavesirup fra Mexico og norsk honning. Agavesirup utvinnes fra agaveplanten, og kalles «aguamiel» (Honningvann). Både agavesirup og honning er naturlig, og er blitt brukt i tusenvis av år til matlaging og søtning. .
