Norwegian Heather Honey

In the autumn, the bees gather in what we call the heather flow. Our beekeepers often travel far to collect this fantastic honey. The heather flow period lasts around 14 days, and there is a lot of work involved in achieving the perfect result. We are very grateful to receive this fantastic honey and cross our fingers every year for a good season!
