Agave & Honey Topping



Topping made from organically grown agave and Norwegian honey. Agave syrup and honey are quite similar, but agave has a more neutral taste. The syrup (nectar) from the agave plant comes from Mexico and is as natural as honey. The use of the topping is the same as for honey and is a natural sweetener, but adjust the recipe as the topping is sweeter. The topping can advantageously be used for ice cream and desserts, baking, for tea, smoothies and cheese, and more.
